AF MARKETPLACE RETURN POLICY:

Should a third-party product we carry not meet your expectations, please return it unused for a full refund within 2 weeks or for store credit within a month. Damage due to manufacturing defects will be sent to the manufacturer for consideration. Due to American Field only selling third-party products, American Field cannot guarantee the refund or replacement timeframe.

RETURN POLICY:

Within 30 Days: Free returns or exchanges.
Returns will not be accepted on items after one month.
Any items marked as “Final Sale” or any discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER:

Submit a support ticket to support@shopaf.co, include your order number if you have it (which can be found in your account history), packing slip, or confirmation email. We'll review your request and email you a return label once it has been approved. Print the label and drop your package in the mail.
